Our trainers specialize in women's fitness goals including weight loss, strength training, postpartum fitness, and body transformation. We also offer the Lean Mommy program designed exclusively for moms.
Yes! Many of our female members are over 40 and have achieved incredible results. Our certified trainers understand the unique fitness needs of women at every stage of life, from postpartum recovery to menopause and beyond. Every workout is scaled to your fitness level.
The Lean Mommy program is our FREE 30-day postpartum fitness program designed for moms. It includes unlimited classes, nutrition guidance, 3 education seminars, and a supportive community. You put down a refundable deposit and get your money back when you complete the program.
We offer two class types: 42 Strong (strength-focused training with free weights, TRX, dumbbells, and sandbags) and 42 Combat (kickboxing-based HIIT). Both build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and burn fat. All exercises are modified to your fitness level by our certified trainers.
