Fit In 42 is a co-ed personal training studio, but a large percentage of our members are women. Our trainers specialize in women's fitness goals including weight loss, strength training, postpartum fitness, and body transformation. We also offer the Lean Mommy program designed exclusively for moms.

Do you offer personal training for women over 40?

Yes! Many of our female members are over 40 and have achieved incredible results. Our certified trainers understand the unique fitness needs of women at every stage of life, from postpartum recovery to menopause and beyond. Every workout is scaled to your fitness level. What is the Lean Mommy postpartum fitness program?

The Lean Mommy program is our FREE 30-day postpartum fitness program designed for moms. It includes unlimited classes, nutrition guidance, 3 education seminars, and a supportive community. What types of strength training for women do you offer?

We offer two class types: 42 Strong (strength-focused training with free weights, TRX, dumbbells, and sandbags) and 42 Combat (kickboxing-based HIIT). Both build lean muscle, boost metabolism, and burn fat. All exercises are modified to your fitness level by our certified trainers.

Where are your women's personal training locations?

We have personal training studios in La Quinta, CA, Palm Springs, CA, and Mont Belvieu, TX. All locations offer the same small group personal training, strength training, kickboxing, and nutrition coaching for women.

How much does personal training for women cost at Fit In 42?

Small group personal training for women at Fit In 42 starts at just $33 per session — significantly less than traditional one-on-one personal training which typically costs $80–$150 per session. You still get a certified personal trainer coaching your form and tracking your progress, just in a supportive small group of up to 6 women. We also offer a 21-Day Kickstart starting at $99 if you'd like to try everything first. Contact us for current membership pricing.

Do you offer personal training for women trying to lose weight?

Yes — weight loss is the number one goal women come to us with, and we are very good at it. Our approach combines strength training (which builds muscle and raises your resting metabolism), HIIT cardio, nutrition coaching, and weekly accountability. Most women in a structured program lose 10–25 lbs in their first 42 days. We also have a dedicated GLP-1 personal training program for women on Ozempic, Mounjaro, or Wegovy.

Is personal training at Fit In 42 good for beginners?

Absolutely. The majority of our women start with little to no gym experience — and many haven't worked out in years. Every single exercise is modified by our certified personal trainers to match your current fitness level. There is no "getting in shape before you come in." That's what we're here for. You'll feel comfortable from your very first session.

Do women on Ozempic or Mounjaro train at Fit In 42?

Yes, and we built a program specifically for them. Women on GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Mounjaro, Wegovy, and Zepbound lose weight quickly — but without the right training, a large portion of that weight loss comes from muscle, not fat. Our GLP-1 personal training program is designed to protect your muscle mass, work around the lower energy and appetite that come with the medication, and help you lock in your results for the long term.
