At Fit In 42 Studios, we offer Semi-Private Personal Training to our members in small groups to ensure their success. We do this for a few reasons. First, we have found people get better results in small groups. Second, your personal trainer will will hold you more accountable, keep you on track, motivated and challenged. Lastly and most importantly is COST!

42 Strong is meant to teach you how to lift weights to build long, lean, muscle! The exercises touch on regimens utilizing free weights, TRX suspension system, dumbbells, sandbags and other multiple tools. Carve your Muscles in a group environment as you team up with others. All Ages and Skill Levels! Our Coaches are Masters at modifying exercises for injuries or if you are a Stud and need the harder version!
42 Combat is our version of straight CARDIO! Accelerates your fitness and will have you kicking, punching, beating, and sweating the calories away! This class blends High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) while using weights, bikes, ropes, punching bags and many other fitness tools. 12 ounce Boxing Gloves are required. This class does not involve hand-to hand combat. All Ages and Skill Levels! Our Coaches are Masters at modifying exercises for injuries or if you are a Stud and need the harder version!

When I 1st came to this gym I don't know anyone and in a very bad shade but the very 1st day I came the support that I got is overwhelming, the coaches are excellent they care about the member. I just join the fit in 42 program highly recommended it will change your life. This gym help me big time specially mentally and physically, I have that 55 min where i don't think of anything else but to sweat, burn calories and give it all, it feels amazing. I don't mind getting up 4am just to be here at 5 thats how I love being here. I'm not where I wanna be yet but I'll be there, I'm so happy I can run with my kids play with them which I couldn't do before, a few min run before fells like dying but now I have so much energy.

Every trainer brings their own level of fun and expertise. I really enjoyed learning something new (boxing) and took advantage of learning more by taking one-on-one sessions with Gabe. Not only does Fit in 42 have an incredible atmosphere but it does outside of workouts as well, as I was able to take part in a camping trip and one of the more popular things members do is hiking on the weekends.

I just started training at Fit In 42 2 months ago and I absolutely love my new workout family!! I have had some major health problems over the past few... read more years and thought that working out in such a fast paced environment was not for me, but it definitely is! I had tried CrossFit before and although this gym may seen to have a similar style, it's very different from anything I've tried before!
I've been able to lose 4% of my body fat and this has helped my mental health just as much as my physical health. The trainers know what they're doing and have adapted certain exercises to fit my needs and goals. I truly enjoy waking up every day and going to workout alongside my Fit in 42 Family! The people who train here are extremely motivating and kind individuals, who make me want to keep coming back! If I'm ever slacking off, doing an exercise wrong or miss a few too many days I know that I will get my butt kicked - and I love them for it!! I can't wait to see where my fitness level will be in only a few more months! The mont of September I joined the Lean Mommy challenge on Fit in 42 Palm Desert, as I needed a program that was gonna helped me work on my nutrition... read more as well as fitness. My fitness experience is none so as I walked in my firs day they corrected my posture and guid me on each work out we did. As of now I noticed that each day it's a different work out. Until now each day it's a new challenger and a surprise on what type of work out we gonna do. That's what I love the most that it's different and not the same so it inspires me to go. One of my biggest challenges is my schedule I have a 7 month old so at times I can't make it to go in at the 8 am class so the good thing is that they have afternoon class where I can go in an not miss my day. The coaches are really friendly and really helpful on any question you have or concern they will answer and help you on the spot. As well I have a bad knee and they help me to work around it and not miss a count on my work out of the day. So what makes this place special for me is that they work with all ages, and level of fitness and they push you at your paste, especially you don't feel judge on the room they all really friendly from the coaches, staff, and work out partners. By the first day or two you end up connecting with someone or everyone and help you on your journey as well invítame you to keep on going. I will say thank you Fit in 42 for helping me out and keeps on pushing me! Really love and appreciate this place.
OK...I was approaching my 60th birthday and was in horrible shape - weight, mobility, strength - you name it. I was also approaching an event where there would have been... read more lots of pictures taken of my family, and probably posted online - a thought which made me cringe.
I knew I couldn't just jump into any program given my level of conditioning. So when I learned about the philosophy of Fit in 42, I knew it was my ticket to fitness. They truly do meet you where you are in your current level of fitness, or injury, or limitations. My fellow Fit in 42ers in my April group were all in better shape than I was but the coaches gave me modifications so I could still stay with the group. No one, and I mean no one, felt they were either being held back or left behind, given how the program is structured.
This is now day 43 for me and there has been significant improvement in every area of health - cardiovascular, strength, mobility, weight, inches, fat loss, muscle gain, mental clarity and psychological outlook.
But, I know that this is just the beginning of a lifelong habit. I'm continuing the journey today because I never want to go back to where I was 43 days ago.
