Our 42 Strong program uses progressive overload with free weights, TRX, dumbbells, and sandbags to build lean muscle, torch body fat, and completely reshape your body. Members supplement their personal training sessions with 42 Strong to speed up their results. Pair it with boot camp for even faster progress, and add stretch therapy in La Quinta for better recovery between sessions.

Want to torch calories and actually have fun doing it? 42 Combat blends high-intensity interval training with boxing and kickboxing combos on heavy bags, plus bikes, ropes, and bodyweight stations. You will burn up to 900 calories per class, build cardiovascular endurance, and leave feeling like a total boss. Twelve-ounce boxing gloves are required. No hand-to-hand combat, just you vs. the bag and your own limits. A lot of our members add 42 Combat on top of their personal training to supercharge their weight loss. Weight loss at Fit in 42 starts with small group personal training. That is the foundation of everything we do. You train with a certified coach in groups of 6 or fewer, and your program is built specifically around your goals and where you are right now. From there, members supplement their training with 42 Combat (our cardio kickboxing class that burns up to 900 calories) and 42 Strong (our strength training class) to speed things up. We also offer nutrition coaching and the Fit in 42 Program, our 42-day body transformation that runs once a year in October.
