No experience needed! Our HIIT kickboxing classes welcome all skill levels from complete beginners to experienced athletes. Our coaches teach proper technique and form, and every exercise can be modified to your fitness level. We got your back!

Our HIIT kickboxing classes can burn up to 800 calories per session depending on your effort level. Plus, the interval training structure keeps your metabolism elevated for hours after class — so you keep burning calories even after you leave!
Just bring water, a towel, and wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. We provide all the equipment including gloves and pads. Arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class so we can get you set up.
For best results, we recommend 3-5 HIIT or interval training classes per week. With your membership, you have access to classes 6 days per week with different workout styles including HIIT kickboxing, strength training, and boot camps.
