In 55 minutes. The HIIT structure is what does it. You alternate between throwing combinations on the bag and hitting intervals on bikes, ropes, and bodyweight stations. Your heart rate stays up the entire time and the afterburn keeps going for hours.

Every single 42 Combat class is programmed differently. Monday might be heavy bag combos with bike sprints. Wednesday could be pad work with rope intervals and weighted circuits. You never know exactly what you're walking into and that's the point. Your body can't adapt and you can't get bored.

It's our cardio kickboxing class. HIIT intervals mixed with boxing and kickboxing combos on heavy bags, plus strength work with weights, bikes, ropes, and bands. 55 minutes. Burns anywhere from 500-900 calories depending on how hard you go. Nobody is fighting anybody. You hit bags, not people.
No. The vast majority of people who walk in have never thrown a real punch. Your trainer breaks down every single combination and modifies everything for your level. By your third or fourth class you'll be stringing together combos that felt impossible on day one. Just bring 12oz boxing gloves and be ready to work.
500-900 per session. Depends on your size, effort level, and what the workout looks like that day. The HIIT structure keeps your heart rate elevated the whole time, and the afterburn effect means your metabolism stays cranked for hours after you leave. It's one of the highest calorie-burning workouts we offer and we offer a lot of workouts.
12oz boxing gloves (required), water, towel, athletic shoes. We have everything else. If you don't have gloves yet, we sell them at the La Quinta studio. Just ask when you come in.

Yeah. Most of our members mix kickboxing with personal training, boot camp, and stretch therapy throughout the week. Your membership at the La Quinta location covers all of it. People usually do kickboxing 2-3 days and strength or boot camp the other days.
