1 Attend 15 workouts in 30 days
2 Attend 3 education seminars

That's it. Do those two things and you get every dollar back.

How much does it actually cost?
You put down a refundable deposit: $199 for unlimited classes, or $356 for unlimited classes plus up to 8 personal training sessions. Come to 15 workouts and 3 education seminars within the 30 days and you get 100% of your money back. That's it.
Do I need to be a gym member?
Nope. This is only for non-members. That's the whole point.
What if I miss some days?
You're a mom. Of course you're going to miss some days. Kids get fevers at 2am. Carpool runs late. It happens. You need 15 workouts in 30 days for the full refund. That's every other day, basically. Most moms find once they get into a groove around week two, they're coming 4-5 times a week without even thinking about it.
How many days a week can I come?
6. Monday through Saturday. New workout every day.
Will you help with nutrition?
Yeah. The first education seminar is all about food. Not some crazy restrictive diet. Practical stuff about making better choices that actually fit into a mom's schedule. We also have a full nutrition coaching program if you want to go deeper after the 30 days.
I haven't worked out in years. Is that okay?
That's literally who this is for. We've had moms come in who haven't exercised since before their first pregnancy. Nobody cares. Your coach scales everything to where you are right now. By week three you'll be doing stuff you didn't think was possible on day one. Dealing with diastasis recti? Our trainers know how to work around that too.
What happens after the 30 days?
Totally up to you. Most moms love it so much they become members. Some don't. No weird sales pitch, no guilt trip.
