Do I need to be a gym member to do this?
Nope. The Fit in 42 Program was built for people who aren't members. You sign up for the 42 days, you get full access to coached workouts, meal plans, seminars, body composition testing, all of it. No gym membership required. A lot of people end up joining as members after because they love it, but there's zero obligation. What if I'm going to miss some days?
You will. Almost everyone does. Vacations, work trips, sick kids, whatever. We get it. Just make as many days as you can and jump right back in when you're back. Missing a few days over 42 won't derail your results.
Why do I have to come in before I can start?
We want 30 minutes with you face to face. We walk through the nutrition plan, the workout structure, the weekly seminars, all of it. We also want to hear about your goals, any injuries, your health history. This isn't a sales pitch. It's us making sure you're set up to actually succeed from day one. We've been doing this for 20+ years and that initial sit-down makes a real difference. Learn more about us and why we do things differently.
Is this for all fitness levels?
Yes. We've had people in their 80s complete this program. We've had former athletes do it. First-time exercisers who haven't broken a sweat in years. Our coaches are really good at modifying exercises on the spot for any level or limitation. You won't be left behind.
How much weight will I lose?
Depends on where you're starting and how closely you follow the nutrition plan. Most people lose somewhere between 10 and 25 pounds in the 42 days. Some more. The people who follow the meal plan closely and show up consistently tend to be on the higher end of that range. We're not going to promise you a specific number because everyone's body is different, but the results across 5,000+ participants speak for themselves.
What does the meal plan actually look like?
Real food. All 42 days mapped out. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks. The recipes are simple enough that you're not spending 2 hours in the kitchen, and they actually taste good. People are always shocked by that part. If you have dietary restrictions or foods you can't stand, we customize around it. No weird supplements, no starvation, no shakes replacing meals. Where can I do the program?
All three locations. Palm Springs, La Quinta, Mont Belvieu TX. Same program at each one.
What happens after the 42 days?
Totally up to you. Some people love it so much they become full members and keep training with us. Others take what they learned and run with it on their own. Some people do the program again the next round because they want another push. We run it multiple times a year. There's no pressure either way, but we'll be here if you want to keep going.
