This is the core of what we do. Small group personal training with a certified trainer who builds your program around your goals and limitations.
People get better results in small groups. The accountability is higher, the energy is better, and you're paying a fraction of what private 1-on-1 training costs. Your trainer knows your name, your injuries, and won't let you coast through a set.
This is where you learn to pick up heavy things the right way. Free weights, TRX, dumbbells, sandbags, barbells. Your coach programs the workout and watches every rep.
All ages. All levels. If you have a bad shoulder or a trick knee, your trainer knows about it and works around it. If you need to be challenged more, they'll bump your weight up. Nobody gets the same cookie cutter experience.
If you hate running on a treadmill but need cardio, this is your answer. 42 Combat mixes HIIT intervals with boxing and kickboxing combos on heavy bags, plus bikes, ropes, and bodyweight stations.
It's the class where people burn the most calories and have the most fun doing it. You'll need 12oz boxing gloves. If you don't have a pair, we can help you get some.
