CALLING A LEAD

Lead: Hello
Us: Hi is this (name of inquiry)? 
Lead: Yes
Us: Hi this is ____ from Fit in 42 Studios. I’m calling because we received an inquiry from you about our gym (or specific program). I’d be happy to schedule an appointment for you with one of our coaches to go over your goals, any previous injuries, your schedule etc so that we can guide you to the right option inside our gym. What day can you come in and chat?
Lead: Thursday.
Us: What time of day works best, morning or evening? 
Lead: Morning
Us: (Be specific and give 2 options) I have 8am or 10am open. Which works best?
Lead: 10am
Us: Perfect. I’ll schedule you in with (Name of Coach) for 10am on Thursday. The Meeting should take 15-20 minutes.
He will show you around the studio, go over all of your goals and figure out the Program that is a best fit for you.

DECLINED PAYMENTS

Us: Hello (name of client) its _____ from Fit in 42. We were just notified from our billing company that your credit card has been either been declined or may have fraudulent charges.
I just wanted to make you aware of this just in case you have other bills connected to this card. 
Client: (Usually in some sort of shock or giving reasons why this may have happened)
Us: OK like I said I wanted to make you aware of this, but in the meantime is there another card you’d like to put on file so you don’t fall behind on your membership?

LEAVING A VOICEMAIL

Hello (name of client) its _____ from Fit in 42. I’m calling because we received an inquiry from you about our gym (or specific program). Sorry, we missed you. I’m sure you are busy so I will try giving you a call later today or tomorrow.  Have an amazing Day!
