Introducing the Fit Over 50 – 30 Day Program, a program specially created to help our active aging Community help them take back control of their heath.
1 hour TRAINING SESSIONS designed to build up your strength and fitness level. Enjoy our small group personal training sessions, up to 6 people per group. Sessions run for 1 hour and meet several times per week.
Our Strength Training Workouts focus on getting you strong, flexible and confident.
Start at your own pace and we will build you up from where you are!
