What Are You Doing To Change What You See In The Mirror?



Do you like what you see in the mirror? The person that you truly are. Deep down inside, regardless of what people think of you, or tell you. Are you happy with where you are and who you are?

If you haven’t stopped and taken inventory of what you see I urge you to find a mirror and focus on what you see inside and outside. What do you see? Do you recognize the person looking back at you?

Not liking what you see in the mirror feels like a shameful secret. You shouldn’t have to just tolerate who you are, you should like who you are and who you see.

Everyone deserves to be happy with themselves. If you are struggling with this there are a few things you can do to help turn things around.

  • Be 100% honest with yourself! Are you eating yourself into diabetes? Sitting all day and not working out? Do you need help with something but you’re not seeking it?
  • Be 100% clear with yourself! What do you really want to become? Are you willing to put in effort and time in becoming better?
  • Hold yourself 100% accountable! Write down everything that you need to start doing and stop doing to become the person you want to be. Every little thing from waking up earlier to researching classes. Then decide to take action on one of these things and do not make any excuses on why you can’t do it.

Happiness starts within. It’s a daily process and you have to be willing to put in the work, but at the end of the day there is no better feeling than loving the person you see in the mirror. It’s time we take a long hard look at the face staring back at us and determine whether or not we are doing everything we can to love who we are.
